In-app feedback
Settings → Send feedback attaches device model, OS version, app version, and locale automatically. Document contents are never sent.
The app allows up to five feedback messages per day. Email is unlimited.
Common questions
- Where are my files stored?
- In the folder you open with the app. myAethel does not upload document contents to our servers.
- Do I need an account?
- No. The app works without a myAethel account. Pro subscriptions are handled by the app store.
- Is my data used to train AI?
- No. Document contents are not collected and are not used for AI training.
- How do I report a bug?
- Use Settings → Send feedback or email support@myaethel.com.
